Geoffrey Morgan (CEng MICE) is a Senior Infrastructure Sustainability, Resilience, and Inclusion Specialist for UNOPS. His work focuses on supporting governments to improve their enabling environments so that they provide quality infrastructure services, ensuring that they are sustainable, resilient, and inclusive and supporting the achievement of the development agendas. He has degrees in International Development (B.A. Hons), Civil Engineering (B.S. Hons) and a Masters in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge (MPhil). Before working at UNOPS he worked for several grassroots NGOs (including Engineers Without Borders) before entering the private sector and joining Arup's International Development team where he supported and led the delivery of large engineering works and consultancy projects for international partners. Before leaving Arup he became Chartered with the Institution of Civil Engineers. In 2018 he was named a Young Engineering Laureate by the World Federation of Engineering Organizations for leadership in helping countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
